Incorrect command markup

Hello!

In a TeX buffer in [(LaTeX BCite Ref Outl View Fly)] \scshape has these
text properties:

[(font-latex-bold-face font-latex-sedate-face)]

The bold face is too much in my opion, staying normal text should be
correct.

Too the command \upshape\bfseries has the same properties
unnecessarily, while the \bf text area stays to be same as the normal
text: [(font-latex-sedate-face)]. I would have presumed the following
commands being bold face ... (but no real need to)

An example to try this can be found in fontsmpl.tex.
